Iron: Forest Village's armor shop, buy it from a guy in the shop.
Copper: Gregminster, a guard will give it to you.
Silver: After Greenhill is recaptured, have Tessei recruited, and go to the blacksmith room and his student will give it to you.
Gold: Sajah's item shop, Rare Finds. Sajah is north west of L'Renouille.
